David is a professional baker and owns a small, popular bakery in the center of town. His daily routine is very different from most people's schedules because he works during the night.

David always wakes up at two o'clock in the morning. While the town is asleep, David gets up, drinks a cup of strong black coffee, and walks to his bakery. The streets are completely empty and quiet.

He arrives at the bakery at half past two. He immediately puts on his clean white apron and starts his work. First, he prepares the dough. He mixes flour, water, yeast, and salt in a large metal bowl.

Then, David kneads the dough with his hands on a big wooden table. He makes different shapes of bread, rolls, and sweet pastries. He places them on large trays and lets them rise.
