James and Robert are twin brothers, but they have very different lives. James is a doctor in a large, busy hospital in London. Robert is a farmer who runs a beautiful organic farm in North Wales. Although they are twins, their daily routines are completely different.
James lives in a modern apartment near the city center. He is always busy because his hospital has many patients. Every morning, he wakes up at six o'clock, drinks a quick cup of coffee, and walks to the hospital. He does not have time for a big breakfast. He works for ten hours, talks to many sick people, and helps them feel better. He is often very tired, but he loves his career.
In the evening, James does not cook. He is too tired, so he usually goes to a local restaurant or orders takeout.
