Clara lives in Chicago, USA, and her penpal, Kenji, lives in Tokyo, Japan. They write emails to each other every week to practice English. Today, Clara writes a list of questions to Kenji about his daily life in Japan.
Dear Kenji,
I hope you are doing well! I have so many questions about your daily life in Tokyo. I want to know everything about your school and your habits.
First, do you walk to school every morning? Or do you take the fast Tokyo subway? My school is very far, so I always take a yellow school bus. Do Japanese schools have school buses?
What time do your classes start? In Chicago, our lessons start at eight o'clock. Do you have a lunch break at noon? Where do you eat your lunch? Do you eat in the classroom, or do you have a big school canteen?
