Mia Cooked Dinner Last Night
I am Tom. I live with my wife Mia and our son Ben. Last night Mia cooked dinner for the family. She planned the meal in the morning.
Mia visited the market after work. She picked fresh vegetables and herbs. She talked to the shop owner about soup. She smiled when she noticed ripe tomatoes.
At home Mia washed the vegetables in the sink. She chopped carrots and onions on a wooden board. Ben helped her peel potatoes. He watched carefully and copied her moves.
Mia started the soup at six o'clock. She added salt and pepper slowly. The kitchen smelled warm and friendly. Ben stirred the pot twice with a long spoon.
I arrived home at half past six. I placed my coat near the door. I washed my hands and joined Mia in the kitchen.
