Rainy Day Activities: What Can We Do?
It is raining heavily outside this afternoon. Gray clouds cover the sky, and cold rain pours against the windowpane. We can't play football in the muddy park today.
"What can we do indoors?" my sister asks. "We can do a thousand-piece jigsaw puzzle together on the dining table, or we can bake chocolate cookies in the oven." I can also build a cozy indoor fort using chairs and woolen blankets. My brother says: "Can we watch an animated adventure film on the television?" "Yes, we can!" my mother replies.
Even when you can't go outside into the garden, you can always find enjoyable creative activities at home.
What can you do on a rainy day at home? Can you bake cakes?
