Tell Me About Your Accident Last Week
Interviewer: Thanks for meeting me today, Tom. Can you tell me about your accident last week?
Tom: Yes, of course. I was cycling to work along the river path when a dog ran onto the track. I was braking hard, but my wheel was slipping on wet leaves.
Interviewer: What were you doing at that moment?
Tom: I was looking ahead and was thinking about a meeting at nine. The path was quiet, and birds were singing in the trees on both sides.
Interviewer: And then what happened?
Tom: I was falling sideways when my shoulder hit the ground. The dog's owner was running toward me and was calling the dog back. My bottle was rolling into the grass.
Interviewer: Were you injured badly?
Tom: My arm was hurting, but I was able to stand up slowly.
