Maya: I found a small hotel by the sea. It is called The Rose, and it is in Deal, Kent.
Sam: How small is it?
Maya: The hotel website says it has eight rooms. We should book early if we want to stay on a busy weekend.
Sam: What time can we arrive?
Maya: The normal check-in time is 3:00 pm. We should plan our trip so we arrive after that time.
Sam: And when do we have to leave?
Maya: We have to check out at 11:00 am. We must pack before breakfast, or we may have to hurry later.
Sam: Is breakfast extra?
Maya: No. Breakfast is included with every stay. It is served from 8:00 to 10:30 in the morning.
Sam: Then we should not leave too early. I want time for breakfast.
