The Mountain Village Was Quieter Than the Beach
I am Lucia. Last August my partner Ben and I took one week off work. We could not decide between a beach hotel and a mountain village, so we spent three days in each place and compared them every evening.
The beach hotel was busier than the village from the first morning. Tourists arrived earlier than we expected, and the pool area was noisier than our room near the garden in the hills. Ben said the sea view was more dramatic than any photo online, but the breakfast queue was longer than at the village café.
