Can You Bring Some Snacks to the Meeting?

Hi Marco,

Thanks for confirming the team meeting on Friday at ten. I wrote this email because we still need some details about food and room setup before the day arrives.

Could you bring some snacks for the break? Last time we had some fruit and some crackers, and many colleagues said they preferred light options. If you have any nut-free ideas, please share them because two people in the office do not eat any nuts.

I checked the kitchen and found some plates but not many clean cups. Could you ask Sara if she has any spare cups in her cupboard? I can buy some paper cups on Thursday if we do not find any reusable ones.
