Hi Maria,
I hope your week is going well. I am writing because our manager asked me to collect the draft report before the client call on Monday morning. Could you send it to me by Friday at five? If the file is large, you can upload it to the shared folder and email me the link.
I also need the meeting notes from last Tuesday. Tom said he gave them to you after the session because you offered to type them up. Please attach them or tell me where you saved them on the drive.
If anything is missing from my section, let me know and I will fix it tonight. Priya offered to review the budget tables for us, so you can send her those pages directly if that saves you time.
