Agent: Good afternoon, City Parcel Service. How can I help you?
Customer: Hello. I am calling about order number seven four two one. Does the tracking page show delivery today?
Agent: Let me check. Yes, it does show delivery today before six in the evening.
Customer: Do you know if the driver calls before he arrives? I do not hear the bell well in my flat.
Agent: Some drivers do call, but the system does not guarantee a call every time. Do you want to add a note to leave the box with the neighbour?
Customer: I do want that note, please. Does my neighbour need to sign?
Agent: She does need to sign if she accepts the parcel. Does she know you expect a delivery?
Customer: She does know because I spoke with her this morning.
