Two Friends Compare Their Weekend Habits
Sara: Do you usually wake up early on Saturdays?
Ben: I wake at seven on most weekends because my dad likes family breakfast at eight in the kitchen. I do not sleep until noon, but I enjoy slow mornings when rain taps the windows and coffee smells warm.
Sara: I love sleeping until nine, and I read in bed because weekdays feel rushed with classes that start at eight fifteen on Mondays. My sister hates noise before ten, so we keep voices low in the flat on Hill Street.
Ben: What do you like doing after lunch on Sundays?
Sara: I like meeting friends in the park at two, and we walk around the lake because autumn colours look beautiful in October. My friend Mia loves photography, and she sends pictures to me when light turns golden near four o'clock.
