We Have Been Living in This Apartment Since Last Autumn
Settling into a new residential neighborhood allows tenants to establish comforting domestic routines and develop an enduring connection with their local community. Exactly one year ago, my partner Lucas and I collected the keys to our second-floor flat on Meadow Lane. We have been living in this apartment since last autumn, and the past twelve months have transformed a bare collection of rooms into a warm, welcoming home.
Throughout this year, we have been investing steady effort into personalizing our living space. We have been painting the kitchen walls a cheerful sage green, and we have been tending a thriving collection of indoor houseplants along the sunny living room windowsill. In addition, we have been exploring the surrounding neighborhood every weekend. We have been shopping at the weekly farmers
