What We Will Do If the Weather Changes

I am Tom. This weekend my sister Beth is getting married in a garden outside York. The whole family is excited, but we check the forecast three times a day.

If it stays dry on Saturday, we will hold the ceremony under the oak tree. If light rain appears, we will move the chairs into the marquee quickly. If the storm is severe, we will relocate everything to the village hall across the road.

If the temperature drops in the evening, we will provide blankets for elderly guests. If the sun shines all afternoon, we will set up extra parasols near the buffet. If the wind is strong, we will secure the flower arches with additional weights.

If Beth feels nervous before she walks down the aisle, I will walk with her to the gate.
