Letter About Changes That Were Made Last Year
Dear Residents of Oakwood Court, on behalf of the Residential Management Committee, I am writing to provide our annual summary of structural improvements and maintenance projects that were carried out across our apartment estate over the past twelve months. Damaged slate tiles were replaced by certified roofing contractors, and waterproof insulation was installed across both residential wings to prevent seasonal dampness.
