School Newsletter About Term Changes
Welcome to the autumn newsletter published by the administration of Oakridge Secondary School. As we commence the second half of the academic year, several structural adjustments and educational initiatives are being introduced across our campus. We urge all parents, guardians, and students to read this operational update carefully so that daily school routines remain orderly and productive for everyone.
First, important changes to our morning timetable are outlined. Morning registration will now begin promptly at quarter past eight in all tutor classrooms. If a student arrives after twenty past eight, their late arrival will be logged automatically in the digital attendance portal. Parents are reminded that if absence is caused by illness, an explanatory email must be sent to the school office before nine o'clock. In addition, student lockers are inspected weekly by class tutors to ensure textbooks are organized safely.
