I am writing to summarise progress on the Harbour View software rollout. Phase one was finished last month, and all user accounts have been migrated by the IT department without major incidents. Training videos have been watched by ninety percent of staff, and feedback forms have been returned by team leaders in every branch.
Several modules still need attention before we go live. The payment gateway will be tested by external auditors on Tuesday, and security patches will be applied by our developers overnight so that downtime is minimised. Backup servers will be configured by the infrastructure group, and failover procedures will be rehearsed by duty engineers who remain on call throughout the launch week.
