Thank you for the productive call yesterday. The place where we should meet is the restored mill on Riverside Lane, not the hotel ballroom we used last year. It is the mill that offers natural light for afternoon sessions, and it is the mill's courtyard that guests praised in post-event surveys.
What I need from each subcommittee is a confirmation of equipment requirements by next Wednesday. What the audiovisual team needs is early access on Thursday morning. What the catering team needs is a final headcount no later than the tenth.
It is Elena who has negotiated the rental rate, and it is Elena who will sign the contract once we approve the budget amendment. All I ask is that we respond before she loses the hold date.
