My Neighbourhood

I live in a quiet part of the city. My street is called Maple Road. It is not far from the city centre. There is a bus stop at the end of my street. I can take the bus to school every morning.

My street has many different buildings. There are houses, flats, and two small shops. My home is a flat on the second floor of a building. Our building is white with a red roof. There is a small garden in front of it. There are roses and other flowers in the garden.

Our neighbours are friendly. The family on the right is the Greens. They have three children. The youngest child is five. His name is Leo. He is a cheerful boy. He can ride his scooter in the garden. The family on the left is Mrs Park.
