The School Talent Show
Every spring, our secondary school organizes a delightful student talent show in the main auditorium. Pupils can perform on stage and show their creative talents.
Many talented students participate in the event. Emily can sing opera melodies with a powerful, melodious voice. Oliver can play complicated acoustic guitar solos, and the audience claps in rhythm. Two twin sisters can perform gymnastics routines, balancing gracefully on their hands.
Not everyone can perform without feeling nervous. My friend Lucas can't sing on key, so he works backstage with the sound equipment. I can't act, but I can design stage scenery with acrylic paints. We all contribute to a wonderful evening.
