Interview: Working as a Park Ranger

Reporter: Good morning! Do you work here every day?
Ranger: No, I don't work every day. I work five days a week in the national park.

Reporter: Do you feed the wild animals?
Ranger: No, I don't feed them. Wild animals find their own food in the forest. A ranger does not give them food.

Reporter: Does the park have many dangerous animals?
Ranger: Yes, but they do not attack people very often. We have bears and wolves.

Reporter: Does a bear sleep all winter?
Ranger: Yes, it does. But it does not sleep very deeply. It can wake up.

Reporter: Do visitors listen to your rules?
Ranger: Most people do, but some do not stay on the path. I have to talk to them.

Reporter: Do you like your job?
Ranger: Yes, I do!
