Stonehill Castle is a very old and magnificent building in the green hills of Scotland. The castle is over five hundred years old, and it has a rich history. Today, it is a popular museum for tourists from all over the world.
The castle is very large. It has high grey stone walls, beautiful green gardens, and a deep well in the central courtyard. The view from the top tower is absolutely breathtaking.
A team of friendly guides works at the castle every day. They open the heavy iron gates at exactly ten o'clock in the morning. Soon, the first visitors arrive to buy their tickets at the small wooden booth near the entrance.
The guides walk with the tourists through the castle rooms. They show them the ancient swords, beautiful paintings, and old wooden furniture. Do the guides tell boring stories?
