She Has Worked Here Since March, But She Left Her Old Job in January
Career transitions frequently highlight the contrast between completed past decisions and ongoing professional experiences. In our design agency, we recently welcomed Elena to the digital marketing team. She has worked here since March, contributing valuable strategic ideas to our client campaigns. However, her career shift began several months earlier when she evaluated her professional aspirations and chose to leave her former employer.
Elena worked at a large publishing house for six years before joining our studio. In January, she resigned from that position because she wanted greater creative autonomy. She finished her final publishing projects, handed over responsibilities to her former colleagues, and took a well-deserved month of rest in February. During that transitional break, she visited her family in Valencia and reconnected with old friends.
