Arthur loves the smell of fresh bread. He is a passionate home baker who lives in a small town in Wales. He does not have a professional bakery, but he bakes delicious bread, sweet rolls, and croissants for his family and neighbors. Everyone in the town enjoys his wonderful creations.
Every Saturday, Arthur rises very early. He starts his work at four o'clock in the morning while everyone else sleeps. First, he walks into his warm kitchen and preheats his large oven. Then, he prepares the flour, water, yeast, and salt. He always uses high-quality ingredients because he wants his bread to taste perfect.
Arthur mixes the dough with his hands. He never uses an electric mixer because he likes to feel the texture of the dough. He kneads the dough on his wooden table for fifteen minutes. He says that kneading is like a good morning exercise.
