A Food Journalist in Osaka

Mark is a food journalist. He lives and works in Osaka, Japan. He loves his job because he eats delicious food every day. Osaka is famous for its street food.

His day starts early. Mark does not eat breakfast at home. He walks to the local market at eight o'clock. He talks to the friendly street vendors. He asks them many questions. "What do you cook today?" he asks. "Do you use fresh fish?"

The vendors make takoyaki and hot noodles. They do not use frozen ingredients. Mark tries the hot food and writes notes in his small book.

In the afternoon, Mark takes photos of the busy market. The food is always fantastic.
