Interview: My First Job Interview
Reporter: Thanks for meeting us, Priya. Can you tell our readers about your first job interview last month?
Priya: I was nervous all morning. I was preparing answers at the kitchen table while my brother was eating breakfast and asking questions.
Reporter: Where was the interview?
Priya: It was at a design studio near the park. I was arriving ten minutes early because I did not want to be late. The receptionist was smiling when she was showing me to a small waiting room.
Reporter: What was happening while you were waiting?
Priya: Two designers were discussing a project in the corridor. I was reading notes on my phone when the manager opened the door. She was not wearing formal clothes, which surprised me a little.
Reporter: Did the conversation go well?
Priya: I think it went well.
