Three Days Ago at the Train Station

I am Lena. Three days ago I met my cousin Nora at the central train station. She traveled from another city for a short visit, and our family planned a quiet weekend together.

Three days ago my alarm rang at six in the morning. Two days ago I packed a small bag and printed Nora's arrival time from the railway website. Last night before the trip I set two alarms because I did not want to miss the early bus to the station.

Three days ago the station hall felt bright and busy. Travelers bought tickets at machines near the main door. Last week workers finished repairs on the ceiling, and three days ago everything looked fresh and clean.
