Hi everyone,
I hope your week goes well. I write because our picnic on Saturday didn't happen in the park as we planned. The weather didn't cooperate, so we didn't cancel the meeting; we moved it indoors.
Did you see the storm warning on Friday night? Several of you did, and you didn't suggest we ignore it. Did Clara still want to bring her potato salad? Yes, she did, and it didn't travel badly in a sealed box.
We didn't meet at the fountain at noon. Did Tom find the community room key? Yes, he did, thanks to the building manager. Did we push tables together near the windows? Yes, we did, although rain didn't stop tapping the glass.
