Subject: Kitchen and hall plans — please read before Friday
Hi Alex,
I hope your week at the design studio is going well. You asked about our flat renovation, so I wanted to explain what we are going to do in April before the landlord is going to visit for the annual check.
First, we are going to paint the hall walls in light grey because the old colour looks tired near the front door. I am going to buy rollers and tape on Saturday when the shop is going to open early. You are going to choose the exact shade from the sample cards we saved in the kitchen drawer.
The kitchen floor is going to change next. A local company is going to install vinyl planks over the cracked tiles we noticed last winter.
