Job Interview: Do You Work Well in a Team?
Interviewer: Good morning. Do you have a few minutes to talk about the shop assistant role?
Candidate: Yes, I do. Thank you for inviting me.
Interviewer: Do you know our store near the railway station?
Candidate: I do know it because I shop there sometimes on Saturdays. I do not know every product line yet, but I do learn quickly when training is clear.
Interviewer: Do you have experience with customers who speak slowly or repeat questions?
Candidate: I do have experience from my café job last year. I do not interrupt people when they search for words. Does that matter in this role? I think it does matter because shoppers feel welcome.
Interviewer: Does your previous manager say you arrive on time?
Candidate: She does say I arrive on time, and I do not miss shifts without notice.
