How My Routine Has Changed Since the Move
I am Mei. Six months ago I have moved from a village to Cardiff for a new job. The relocation has altered nearly every part of my daily routine, and I have adapted step by step.
Previously I have commuted by car along quiet country lanes. In Cardiff I have walked to the office or have taken a short bus ride. That shift has increased my daily steps, and I have noticed improved energy in the afternoons.
My meal schedule has changed as well. In the village I have eaten dinner early with my parents. Now I have cooked simple dishes after work, and I have experimented with recipes from colleagues who have shared cultural traditions.
Socially I have joined a language exchange group. Members have practiced Welsh and Mandarin over coffee, and I have made acquaintances who have invited me to weekend events.
