Agent: Good afternoon, Travel Line. My name is Paula. How can I help?
Customer: Hi Paula. I have planned a break in autumn, and I need ideas. I have never booked through an agency before.
Agent: Welcome. Have you travelled much in Europe?
Customer: I have visited France twice. I went to Lyon in 2019 and to Nice last summer. Both trips were short.
Agent: What did you enjoy most in Nice?
Customer: I swam every morning. I ate seafood near the port. The heat felt strong in July.
Agent: Since those trips, have you tried Portugal or Croatia?
Customer: I have not been to either country. A colleague has praised Lisbon since she returned in May. She stayed five days.
Agent: Lisbon works well in October. Prices have dropped since peak season.
