Organiser: Hi everyone. The spring fair might happen on the twelfth, and we could use extra volunteers. Could you help me plan stalls before the deadline?
Volunteer A: I might design posters this weekend. Could you tell me which colours the committee might prefer?
Organiser: Blue and yellow could work. Might I ask you to include the date and a map of the park?
Volunteer B: I may contact local bakeries. Some might donate bread if we could collect it early on the day.
Organiser: That could save money. Could you also ask whether musicians might play for thirty minutes?
Volunteer C: My nephew might bring speakers. He could test volume limits because noise might disturb nearby residents.
Organiser: Good point. May we move the stage farther from the houses?
