House Rule Sheet Flat 2B

If you might cook after nine, keep noise low. Neighbours could complain, and we may lose our deposit if warnings might arrive from the landlord.

If pans might boil over, turn heat down immediately. Burnt food might smell for days, and smoke alarms could wake everyone on the floor.

Zero conditional reminders appear throughout the sheet. If water might reach boiling point, steam is produced. If grease might touch a naked flame, fire could spread quickly. These facts may seem obvious, yet accidents might happen when people might rush.

First conditional warnings follow. If you might leave rice unattended, it could stick to the pot. If you might forget to vent the window, mould may grow near the ceiling. Small actions might prevent expensive repairs.

Cleaning duties are shared.
