Minutes From the Housing Association Meeting

Present: twelve owners; apologies were sent by four members
The chair opened at seven. Minutes from October were approved and were signed by the secretary. If corrections might be needed, emails could be sent within forty-eight hours.
Treasurer's report
Funds were collected for roof repairs, and invoices were checked by an external accountant. If payments might delay, interest could accrue. Residents were advised that reserves might cover emergencies.
Maintenance update
