Neighbourhood Meeting Minutes

Minutes of the Camden Park Neighbourhood Association Quarterly Assembly, convened on Tuesday, October 14th, at St. Luke's Community Centre. The meeting was called to order at seven in the evening by Association Chair Patricia Hayes, with forty-two voting residents present. The principal objective of the session was to evaluate ongoing traffic calming initiatives, review park revitalization expenditures, and establish strategic priorities for upcoming municipal budget allocations. The minutes of the previous assembly were formally reviewed, voted upon, and unanimously approved without alteration.

The first substantive agenda item addressed vehicular traffic and pedestrian safety along Maplewood Avenue. The secretary reported that traffic monitoring cameras had recorded over three hundred speeding violations during morning school hours over the preceding month. Several parents inquired whether the city council had authorized the installation of pedestrian-activated signal crossings near the primary school gates.
