What We Do After School
After school, my friends and I have different activities. Some days we can all meet up. Other days we each go our own way. Let me tell you about a typical week.
On Monday my friend Priya goes to dance class. She can do many styles of dance. She can do classical Indian dance and she can do modern dance too. She practises for two hours every week. She can remember long sequences of movements. I can only remember very short ones before I forget the steps.
On Tuesday I go to the library with my friend Ben. We can sit at the big tables and do our homework. Ben can finish his maths very quickly, but I can''t. I can do English exercises fast. We can''t use phones inside the library, so we talk quietly when we take a break.
