Dear Residents of Oakwood Court, on behalf of the Residential Management Committee, I am writing to provide our annual summary of structural improvements and maintenance projects that were carried out across our apartment estate over the past twelve months. Thanks to your prompt service charge contributions, extensive modernization works were completed on schedule, ensuring our building remains safe, comfortable, and energy efficient for all families.
The most urgent task was the comprehensive roof renovation that was undertaken during early summer. Damaged slate tiles were replaced by certified roofing contractors, and waterproof insulation was installed across both residential wings to prevent seasonal dampness.
