Community Bulletin: Events Planned for This Month
Welcome to the monthly activity bulletin published by the Westgate Community Partnership. A vibrant program of educational workshops, sports gatherings, and cultural festivities is organised for residents of all ages throughout May. All listed events are hosted in accessible public venues, and admission is subsidized through generous local municipal grants to ensure inclusive community participation.
Several exciting educational opportunities are offered at the public learning centre during the first fortnight. Practical digital literacy seminars are taught by volunteer software engineers every Tuesday morning, where basic smartphone navigation is explained patiently to senior citizens. In the pottery workshop room, creative ceramics classes are led by renowned local artisan Clara Bailey. Materials and protective aprons are provided free of charge, but advance online booking is required due to limited wheel availability.
Active outdoor recreational activities are also scheduled in Westgate Memorial Park.
