I am writing to report an ongoing technical problem with the central heating radiators in flat 4B on the second floor. Over the past three days, internal temperatures have dropped noticeably, and the main boiler fails to heat up our living room and bedroom despite repeated adjustments.
When I tried to turn up the thermostat dial on Monday evening, the digital control panel clicked repeatedly but displayed an error code. I checked the pressure gauge near the boiler unit, which has dropped below standard operating levels. Although I switched off the system and restarted it as described in the user manual, the radiators remain completely cold.
Could you please look into this malfunction
