I want to finish a letter, and I also need the shop. On my desk I have a pen and a pencil. I use the pen to write letters. I use the pencil to make notes. The pen still writes, so I start the letter. I write slowly, because I want every line to be clear. The pencil stays by my hand. It is for notes, not for the letter.
I take paper for the letter. When a letter is finished, I put it in a folder. The folder is blue. I have many folders, and they are for different documents. I like my work when it is organized. Today the blue folder is open on the desk, ready for this page.
I need to join two pages, so I use the stapler. The stapler works. One paper is important, so I put a paper clip on it.
