Email and Messages

I want to tell Ana and her mother one thing before we leave. Today we meet at the park, not at my house. Ana reads messages on her phone. Her mother reads email. A message is short. An email is more like a letter. I need both, and I need them before I go. I cannot knock on her mother's door now.

I take my phone. I write Ana's name. Then I write, "Park today." I read the two words. They are enough for Ana, because she already knows the park. She only needs the new place. I press send. The phone shows the message under her name. I do not add more words. She can ask me at the park gate.

Her mother is next. I sit at the computer and open my email. First I write the email address.
