By accessing the MovaReader website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription(s)'). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ('Billing Cycle'). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or process your credit card information directly.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate costs associated with AI translation access, we generally do not offer refunds after the 14-day evaluation period or if you have significantly used our translation services. However,. if you forget to cancel your subscription and write us within 48 hours of a renewal charge without using the service, we will process a refund.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
