Mi compañera Lucía trabaja conmigo. A la hora de comer, Marta y Lucía comen cerca del jardín. Buscan una mesa a la sombra y hablan del barrio.
Caminos, zonas de deporte y lugares para descansar forman parte del parque. Por la tarde, muchas personas pasean, corren o pedalean por allí.
Yo estudio valenciano en casa dos noches por semana. Primero preparo la cena. Después practico palabras nuevas y escribo tres frases en un cuaderno.
Los sábados, mis vecinos cambian de ritmo. Organizan un paseo corto por el jardín. Los niños observan las fuentes. Los adultos caminan de un lado a otro y conversan.
Mi nueva vida es sencilla. Trabajo, estudio y camino en el mismo barrio. El antiguo cauce está siempre cerca, pero ahora es un jardín largo y verde.
