How to use

MovaReader helps you learn languages naturally by reading real texts. Click any unknown word to see its translation instantly, and the platform remembers which words you already know. Here is how to get started:

1. Choose an Article or Book

Browse our library of articles and books organized by category and difficulty level (A1–C2). Pick content that interests you — learning is more effective when you enjoy what you read. You can also upload your own texts in the My Files section.

2. Read and Click Unknown Words

As you read, simply click or tap any word you don't know. A popup will appear with the translation, pronunciation, and context. The word is automatically saved to your personal dictionary for later review.

3. Build Your Vocabulary

Visit the Dictionary section to see all the words you've encountered. Words are organized by status: new, learning, and mastered. You can review translations, edit custom meanings, and track your progress over time.

4. Practice with Training Tools

Use the Type Training to practice spelling words you've learned. The Phrase Trainer lets you create and review phrase flashcards with audio playback. Both tools adapt to your level and help reinforce your memory.

5. Track Your Progress

Check the Leaderboard to see how you compare with other learners. Mark articles as 'learned' when you're done, and use bookmarks to save content for later. Your statistics update automatically as you read and practice.

Pro Tip

Consistency is key! Reading just 10–15 minutes daily is more effective than long sessions once a week. Start with easier texts and gradually move to more challenging ones as your vocabulary grows.
