Withdraw from contract here

With this form you withdraw from a contract with MovaReader. Fill in your details and press "Confirm withdrawal". We email you an acknowledgement with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it.

Subscriptions: you can withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract or of its first payment, whichever is later. We end the subscription and refund all its payments within 14 days. After that period we treat your statement as a cancellation: renewal stops and paid access stays until the end of the paid period.

Courses: if before payment you asked for access right after payment and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal, the right ended when the course opened. Without that consent you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase and we refund the price. Your rights if a course has errors or does not match its description are not affected.
