Estoy en Logroño. El Camino Francés pasa por esta ciudad. Mi hermano y yo hacemos una parte del Camino para conocer lugares nuevos. No vamos a llegar a Santiago esta semana, pero queremos caminar juntos.
El Camino Francés va desde los Pirineos hasta Santiago de Compostela. Pasa por Aragón, Navarra, La Rioja, Castilla y León y Galicia. Nosotros caminamos por la mañana. Por la tarde miramos el mapa para preparar el día siguiente.
Ayer salimos temprano. Llevamos agua para la caminata y fruta. Mi hermano usa una bicicleta en algunos tramos, pero yo prefiero ir a pie. Hay personas que hacen el Camino a pie, en bicicleta o a caballo. Al final del día estoy cansada por el camino, pero contenta.
Cada día escribo una nota para mi abuela. Le cuento lo que veo: pueblos, campos y otras personas con mochilas. Ella me manda mensajes por la noche. Yo respondo cuando tenemos conexión.
La catedral de Santiago de Compostela es la meta del Camino. Todavía estamos lejos, pero esta parte del viaje es importante para mí. Guardo mi credencial para recordar los lugares por los que pasamos.
