Clara entra en el banco a las nueve. Hay doce personas delante de ella. Odia esperar de pie y prefiere hacer trámites rápidos.
Primero mira el cajero automático. Le encanta usarlo para sacar dinero, pero hoy necesita hablar con una empleada. Quiere preguntar por un cobro que no entiende.
Clara lleva un libro pequeño. Prefiere leer mientras espera. A su lado, un señor prefiere mirar el móvil y una mujer prefiere hablar con su hija.
Después de veinte minutos, Clara mira el reloj. Odia llegar tarde al trabajo. Prefiere pedir otra hora para la visita y volver un día con menos prisa.
Una empleada se acerca a la fila. A Clara le encanta recibir una explicación clara. La empleada le dice que puede pedir una cita para la tarde.
Clara sale del banco y abre la aplicación en su teléfono. Prefiere elegir una hora tranquila. También le encanta guardar la cita en el calendario para no olvidarla.
