Me llamo Daniel Ruiz y vivo cerca de la biblioteca. Le escribo para pedir información sobre el club de lectura de los miércoles. Me gustaría unirme porque leo cada noche y quiero hablar de libros con otras personas.

Prefiero las novelas de misterio, pero también disfruto de los relatos de viajes. El último libro que he leído cuenta la historia de una familia junto al mar. Me gustó mucho, aunque el final fue triste.

Los miércoles estoy disponible a partir de las cinco. Según el anuncio, las reuniones empiezan a las seis. Puedo llegar con tiempo y ayudar a preparar las sillas.

Quisiera saber si todavía hay plazas libres. ¿Hay que pagar una cuota? ¿Podría decirme qué libro está leyendo el grupo ahora? También necesito saber si puedo pedirlo en préstamo en la biblioteca.

Nunca he participado en un club de lectura, pero escucho con atención y respeto las opiniones de los demás. Al principio quizá hable poco. Sin embargo, quiero aprender a explicar mejor mis ideas.

Esta carta es un modelo. Daniel, la señora López, el club, el horario y el libro son ficticios. En español, el saludo de una carta o un correo termina con dos puntos. El mensaje empieza en otra línea y con mayúscula. Una despedida breve sin verbo, como Atentamente, puede llevar una coma antes de la firma.

Si escribes una carta parecida, cambia los datos por los tuyos. Explica por qué quieres participar, cuándo puedes ir y qué información necesitas.
