Me llamo Lucía y voy a pasar una semana junto al lago con mi clase. El campamento es imaginario, pero el Estany de Banyoles y los datos de esta historia son reales.

El lunes queremos dar la vuelta al lago. La ruta oficial sigue su perímetro. Este recorrido circular tiene 8 kilómetros, es casi llano y se puede hacer a pie o en bicicleta.

El martes aprendemos algo de geografía. La oficina de turismo presenta el Estany como el lago más grande de Cataluña. Además, este humedal está protegido dentro del PEIN, la lista Ramsar y la red Natura 2000.

El miércoles hablamos de deporte, porque en 1992 Banyoles fue subsede de los Juegos de Barcelona. En el lago se celebraron las pruebas de remo olímpico. Ahora comprendemos por qué vemos una pista larga sobre el agua.

El jueves buscamos las pesqueras. Hay veinte pesqueras alrededor del lago y forman un conjunto arquitectónico. Son pequeños edificios cerca de la orilla, pero no todos tienen la misma forma.

Nos detenemos ante la Pesquera Malagelada. Fue construida en 1990 para acoger el arbitraje de la pista de remo durante unos campeonatos mundiales y los Juegos de 1992.

El viernes vamos a tomar notas junto al agua. Cada estudiante elige un dato, hace un dibujo y lo explica al grupo. Yo dibujo una pesquera rosa y escribo el año 1992 debajo.

El último día revisamos nuestro mapa. El campamento no existe fuera de este relato, pero nuestro paseo une lugares y hechos que existen.
